Refund policy

At TECVA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • The product is missing parts/accessories that were supposed to be included

Return Not Accepted If:

  • The product has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery due to mishandling
  • The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Original packaging, accessories, or tags are missing
  • Change of mind after opening/using the product (earbuds are a hygiene-sensitive item, so returns for reasons other than defects are not accepted once opened)

How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order number along with photos or a short video clearly showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a return
  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the item back

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/JazzCash/Easypaisa to the details you provide
  • The original delivery charge (Rs. 250) is non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or defective item was sent due to our error

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., a different color or a replacement unit), let us know when you contact us, and we'll arrange it subject to product availability.

Warranty Claims

For issues that arise after the 24-hour return window (such as manufacturing defects covered under our 6-month warranty), please refer to our Warranty Policy instead of this Return Policy.
