Shipping policy

We currently deliver across Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days in major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) and 5-7 working days for other cities. Delivery times may be extended during sales, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/email once your order is placed, and a tracking ID once it is dispatched.

Delivery Charges A delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies on all orders across Pakistan.

Payment Options We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Online payment options via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer are also available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the product at +92 305 9054252 or tecvastyle@gmail.com.

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery and initiate a return as per our Warranty Policy.
